It’s time for the most frightfully fun, Monstrously magical, and ghoulishly Ghazt-ly Contest of the Year! Prepare for the 2026 Spooktacle Costume Contest!
How to Enter

- Create your very own My Singing Monsters Spooktacle Costume!
Choose your favorite Monster from My Singing Monsters and create a Spooktacular Costume! Snap a photo or video of you haunting your trick-or-treat routes, creeping into school festivities, or terrifying Spooktacle parties, or wherever you celebrate this season.
- Upload your submission to the social media outlet of your choice using #MSMSpooktacle2026
You can upload your photo or video to TikTok, Reddit, Twitter (X), Instagram, BSKY, or YouTube! Just make sure to include the hashtag in your post!
Optional: To ensure the Monster-Handlers see your Costume, we recommend submitting the LINK to your photo/video submission in the #Spooktacle-Costume-Contest channel in the Official My Singing Monsters Discord.

Please Note: Contestants under the age of 13 must have their parents/guardians submit their entry on their behalf.
Submissions close November 2, 2026 at 11 AM ET. You must share your post on socials before this deadline in order to be considered.
Voting
Participants will be categorized by the Class of the Monster they are representing with their Costume (ie. Natural, Fire, Legendary, Mythical, etc.).
Once submissions have closed on November 2, 2026, the Monster-Handlers will be calling upon Members of the My Singing Monsters Curator Club and their communities to help us choose winners in each category!
Once winners have been selected for each category, we will be calling upon YOU, the Handler-Helper Community to help us pick ONE grand prize winner who will have the chance to create their very own in-game Costume with the Monster-Handlers!
Prizes
The winners in each category will receive in-game currency rewards and will have their costume showcased in a “Spooktacle Costume Montage” that will be released on the My Singing Monsters YouTube channel at a later date!
The Grand Prize Winner will also receive a My Singing Monsters “Swag Bag*,” will have their costume featured in the “Spooktacle Costume Montage,” AND will work alongside the Monster-Handlers to create their very own in-game costume that will be released at a later date!
We can’t wait to see the spooky surprises you summon for this year’s Spooktacle celebration!
FAQ
Q: Do I need to show my face in the submission?
A: Not if you don’t want to! Feel free to wear a mask or cover your face with Monster Graphics if you do not want your face shown on social media!
Q: How long does the contest run for?
A: The Spooktacle Costume Contest will run from September 30, 2026 at 11 AM ET to November 2, 2026 at 11 AM ET.
Q: How many times can I submit to the contest?
A: Only one entry is allowed per person!
Q: I don’t have a Discord account. What do I do?
A: We encourage all of those who wish to participate who are over the age of 13 to sign up for a free Discord account and join the My Singing Monsters Server!

CONTEST RULES
From 11:00 ET on September 30, 2024 to 11:00 ET November 2, 2026 (“Contest Period”)

- HOW TO ENTER
No purchase required. To enter the Contest, upload your submission to the social media outlet of your choice (TikTok, Reddit, Twitter (X), Instagram, BSKY, YouTube, etc.) using #MSMSpooktacle2026 .
To be valid, entries must be received by 11:00 EDT on November 2, 2026.
Limit of one entry per person. If you attempt or are suspected of attempting to enter more than once or use robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, it shall be deemed as tampering and will void your entries.
- ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to entrants over the age of 13. You are not eligible to participate in the Contest if you are under the age of 13 without parent/guardian authorization. Contestants under the age of 13 must have their parents submit their entry on their behalf using their own Discord Account. Territorial restrictions of your home country or state apply.
Employees of Big Blue Bubble, as well as such employees’ immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) or persons living under the same roof are not eligible to enter this Contest.
Entries must be original works, recorded and performed by the entrant. Generative AI tools, Machine Learning and programmatic audio or visual generative tool usage in the submission will disqualify the entry.
- PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES
After entries are closed at 11:00 ET on November 2, 2026, employees of Big Blue Bubble will evaluate submissions and make selections based on their own set of criteria. From there, the My Singing Monsters Curator Club and their communities will be helping us select winners in each category. The grand prize winners will be voted upon by the My Singing Monsters Community during the final phase of the contest.
Winners will be contacted within sixty days following the deadline for entries and should claim their prize as instructed by Big Blue Bubble. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days following the first attempt of contact, the prize shall be forfeited and Big Blue Bubble has the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner.
- DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE(S)
One grand prize winner will receive:
- Work alongside the Monster-Handlers to create their in-game Costume which will be added to the game at a later date
- A My Singing Monsters Swag Bag: Estimated $200 value*
– Only winners located in North America and Europe will be eligible to win a swag bag. Winners who do not live in
these regions will receive in-game currency equal to the prize value. - Costume will be featured in the My Singing Monsters Spooktacle Costume Contest Montage video which will be released on the Official My Singing Monsters YouTube channel at a later date
Runner-Up Winners in each category will receive:

- GENERAL RULES
5.1. To be declared a winner, the selected contestant must follow the entry requirements (post your video submission on any of the following social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, BSKY, etc. with #MSMSpooktacle2026.
5.2. By entering in the contest, and declaring their eligibility as stipulated in Section 2 of these rules; the entrant agrees that their name, image and/or voice may be used for purposes related to this Contest free of charge; and releasing Big Blue Bubble, as well as its respective directors, officers and employees (the “Contest Parties”) from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this Contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
5.3. The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money, sold or transferred. No substitutions will be allowed. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited.
5.4. If the prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, Big Blue Bubble reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value, as determined in its sole discretion.
5.5. Refusal to accept the prize releases the Contest Parties from any obligation toward the winner.
5.6. If a contestant makes any false statement, or misrepresents their contribution they will be automatically disqualified from the Contest.
5.7. The Contest Parties assume no liability for any loss, damage or injury, including without limitation: (i) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late, destroyed, illegible or incomplete entries; (ii) loss, theft or damage to software or computer or telephone data, including any breach of privacy; (iii) fraudulent calls; (iv) inability of any person to participate in the Contest for any reason including mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail; technical, computer or telephone malfunctions or other problems with computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software; congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination of the foregoing; (v) damage to any person’s computer, including as a result of playing or downloading any material relating to the Contest; (vi) any delay or inability to act resulting from an event or situation beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or other labour dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to administer this Contest; or (vii) prizes that are lost, damaged or misdirected during shipping.
5.8. Big Blue Bubble reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Big Blue Bubble reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
5.9. All personal information, such as name and contact information, is collected by Big Blue Bubble solely for the purposes of administering this Contest, is not stored, and shall not be used for any other purpose without your express consent. 5.10. If the identity of a contestant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the Discord Profile submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the contestant. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that (s)he is the authorized account holder of the Discord Profile associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid Discord Account. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server.
5.11. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, using any robotic, automatic programmed method that artificially increases the odds of winning or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Big Blue Bubble. Big Blue Bubble is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest.
5.12. Big Blue Bubble reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or to terminate the Contest at any time without any liability to any contestant. Any amendments to these Contest rules will be posted on the Website.
5.13. By entering, you agree to abide by the Contest rules and the decisions of Big Blue Bubble, which decisions are final and binding on all contestants.
