The following Community Standards outline Big Blue Bubble’s expectations for all players. They apply to all in-game activity, as well as interactions in social media spaces, and communications with our support team.
Big Blue Bubble is proud to create games that inspire creativity and foster connections with players all over the world. Our games are intended to be enjoyed and shared by all audiences. As such, our Community Standards align with our dedication to keeping our gaming communities a safe, fun, and inclusive space for all to enjoy their favorite games.
In-Game Display Names
To foster a safe, fun, and inclusive gaming environment, we have strict guidelines in place regarding in-game display names. These include:

- You cannot use Vulgarity, hate speech, or offensive or derogatory language of any kind: (includes, but not limited to, language which is disruptive, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable targeted language)
- You cannot have a display name that includes “Big Blue Bubble, “BBB, ”“bbb,” “Monster-Handler,” “monster-handler,” “MH,” or any other variation of Big Blue Bubble or Monster-Handler
- Your display name must not contain any of the following:
External Communications
We expect players to respect one another when discussing their experiences of Big Blue Bubble games in external channels, such as Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, Bluesky, Facebook, etc. We have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior and/or communication with other players within our games’ communities, including harassment, witch hunting, sexism, racism, hate speech, etc. We withhold the right to take action on your My Singing Monsters game account if we deem communication in these channels offensive, inappropriate, or hateful, without chance of appeal.
Just as we expect players to respect one another, we expect the same level of respect when players reach out to us through our social media channels or contact us through our support portal. Community Standards apply to all your correspondence with us. This means you could be subject to a temporary or permanent ban in-game, and/or a permanent ban or block from our social media channels, with no chance for appeal, if we find you are in violation of our policy.
Reporting a Name or Abusive Behavior
If you have detected behavior which goes against our outlined Community Standards, please fill out our Report Form HERE. Abuse of the Report function could lead to action taken against your in-game account.
