The Big Blue Bubble psychological safety wall mural was installed this week. With help from our Singing Monsters, this mural represents our everyday commitment to have a work environment where we:

• Attack problems, not people
• Bring our genuine selves
• Constantly learn and grow
• Deliver on commitments
• Encourage ideas and feedback
• Help others
• Own our mistakes
• Respect others’ time
• Value all voices

A big thanks to our employees for providing their feedback to help create the mural and to Grant from Signature Graphics for installing it.

This is a great example of teamwork and represents what we collectively strive for at Big Blue Bubble.
