This Saturday the Big Blue Trouble Tough Mudder Team took on the 18K Mud Run after weeks of preparation and training for this test of teamwork, endurance and perseverance. In the last blog post we introduced some members of the Tough Mudder Team and had a short Q & A about how they were preparing for the run and what they were looking forward to about the course.

The Tough Mudder Finishers

This week we sat down with a few of the Tough Mudder Run Finishers for a follow-up chat about how the course went and how they’re feeling post-Mud Run.

Q: How did the run go?
A: The run went well, it was really fun! It was an even better team building experience than I think I first thought it would be. You could really feel the camaraderie in the air.

Q: What ended up being your favourite part of the run?
A: My favourite part without a doubt was helping lift Eric up to the top of Everest 2.0 after he had attempted and failed to make it up the ramp multiple times. I think I was even happier than he was. It just felt like a great moment that really encapsulated the Tough Mudder experience.

Q: How are you feeling today?
A: I’m feeling stiff but accomplished. I’ll definitely be back next year!
